CHAPTER NO 1: THE SUPREME GOVERNOR

The structure of Universe is as follows in accordance with the Hierarchy of command been given from God to the individual Ego:

GOD(Rules)----->Clusters of Stars(Rules)------>Solar System(Rules)------>Planets(Rules)----->Ego.

Clusters of stars have one Governor. Solar systems again have one Governor. Planets again have one Governor. Ego has God as the Governor. Planet Earth is Land and Water with other Resources being divided into almost 180 nations. Earth along with other planets together called solar system is also land and Resources.

The Governing Authority for the cluster of stars called Galaxy is one person (species) again.

The Governance Hierarchy starts from God to individual Ego and tool of governance is illusion. Through Separation and illusion God enjoys his plan of creation.

The basic Nature of God is to rule that he has created and the same nature is found in Human Beings (Father and son relationship). UNO rules planet Earth with one chairman deciding the Future of all Humanity. Similarly our solar system with other solar systems in Milky way Galaxy is being Governed by one species who by grace of God knows how to Rule.

Similarly such numerous Galaxies are controlled by one species and their Future is decided by Him. This hierarchy is possible because of wisdom variation and purpose variation as per God.s desire.

So in the whole structure we see that Ego causes illusion of separations as per direction of God who is Executing his own plan through species created by him.

Let's understand the Fact by considering Government of India. The president of India is the ultimate Ruler and decides the future. He controls the parliament, decision off all states and each individual state again has one Chief Minister who decides Future of that state. Similarly other MLA.s decide Future of individual Taluka. The Hierarchy is Ego-based. God is the supreme power and Governor for all that he has created and he rules to enjoy. Joy is his true nature. God is present in all visible objects and invisible objects. God is complete knowledge of all visible and invisible matter and energy. God is state of being. God, is one who loves and gives unconditionally. God has the ability to communicate Instantaneously so that he can get informed of what is happening in entire Universe for further directions.

Let compare nature of God and Government of India.

God and Government are the FIXED centre around which, the species from the public is ruling another set of souls who are the at bottom level of consciousness and the hierarchy remains from the Topmost consciousness to the bottom consciousness always through the tunnel of divine consciousness.

Government of India design constitution to set their rule by dividing into different Land.s. The officers are commanding by .penal code of India. and public is controlled by officers. Both are controlled, directed and taken care of by .Law.. Law is the tool to keep order in species / Human Beings. Prime Minister / President is one single person who has all abilities / power to direct all.

Similarly God knows what President of all Nations know, what Politician knows, what Doctors knows, what Lawyers knows, what Supreme Court Judge knows, what Businessman knows, what Salaried knows, what Criminal knows, what Police / Military Officers knows. He knows the past, present and future of all he has created. He exists simulatenously in all these three times. Hence, he knows everyone with minute details.

God is like a Big Book with infinite pages consisting of Constitution of Universe written by him and he himself as per his purpose and plan gives wisdom in form of few pages out of that book distributed to Galaxies, Solar Systems, Planets and finally the individual ego. The great scientist and Spiritual Teacher wisdom comes out to be drop in this Ocean (God.)

The Governance of God on individual Ego is as follow:

God (controls)---->Brain----->Mind----->Senses----->Reaction)

Thoughts is one form of Energy (invisible) which we hear in self-talk. Basically they are Sound Vibrations. Thoughts come and go, where do they come from and where do they go ?

First thought comes in to the mind of God as per his plan. That thought is invoked in Head of all Galaxies, corresponding thought enters the Head of all solar systems, corresponding thought enters into Head of planets, corresponding thought enters into chosen individual Ego based Human Being. This is the way thought travels so that God can get his work done through us.

Thought is one form of energy. There are infinite forms used as Communication tools by God with his children. God knows the past, present and future of all beings-consciousness all over the visible spectrum and invisible spectrum.

All beings are created by him to Enjoy his own personal plan. The power and joy God has is unlimited and infinite.

You can only feel God completely and in totality. Sound vibrations, color vibrations, Energy patterns are all forms to describe the feeling about God. You can feel him and Live Superior Quality of pre-determined Life.

God has done the most powerful thing for each one of us. He has given us .Archetypes power., also called as Sub-Personalities who are more powerful than our own personality. The memories of this Archetypes reside in our mind. All Religions on Earth are born from this Archetypes which represent God. Krishna, Jesus, all are the Sub- Personalities of invisible power of God. Divide and Rule is the policy of God. Until he divides people into different consciousness enjoyment of game is impossible. To have joy he has to form groups and invoke Competition / Complex Emotions. Warfare is his tool to put an end to a chapter .

Each Human Being has the power of God through Archetypes and when they express their power and Qualities through you, you can live superior Quality Life, more wonderful than dreams. All over world we know .Local. God.s are worshiped by each community. Say Lord Siddanath, Krishna, Vitthal, Balaji, Jesus, Hera all kinds of sub-personalities are present every where. You must know your Sub- personality, worship him by heart by remembering /calling his Power/ Qualities. Allow the embryo of power and quality to express through your mind and body.

So it must be very clear how the Supreme Governors exists in all of us all time and takes care of us. From top to bottom he is present in everyone and everything who is Supporting Life itself. God is an independent existence and everybody is dependent on him.

Each and Every motion visible in entire Universe is concept of all species in this Universe which is again concept of God. God has created each one of us with purpose, reasons, plan. Each one of us is an unique soul with unique vibration. Spiritual Growth is biggest asset of Humanity. You are the true and deeper understanding of Godliness.

What is Government doing all 24 Hours? Government is doing Business. Every business done by private/public species is a subset of business done by Government. Government gives power to political party to Rule the Land and Resources available on planet Earth. Any Registration, License or permission granted by Government Leads to start a business by entity. God behaviour pattern is clearly reflected in operating methodology of Government. Government concept is created in image and likeliness of God. Political party requires votes to get elected and ruled. God requires nothing from matter/energy that he himself has created. God is supreme Governor declared by himself because nothing exists other than him to compete for. He is all alone enjoying his presence in everyone of us.

The power, Qualities and Nature of God has to be understood nicely to comprehend and digest your own Truth. God is present in plane of existence where time, space, energy, matter, causation, all other words describing Human existence are unnecessary. He is beyond everything and every mind he created. He requires NO HUMAN Concept that he himself has taught to them to play him game. Game.s nature is delight & Humor. God has one more very special Department which is the magic behind all his power. Whatsoever He has created, or through free will species have created. Whatsoever He has created discovered or invented by God.s children in any time, past, present and future, all types of possible events are already. Known and their information is known to God before any species ever created, discovered or Invented. Consider he has kept all the objects of creation in all time in a .Infinite Room.. Telephone, TV, Radio, Cellphone, all objects dearer to Humanity as well as the objects in physical Reality of all other species in all Galaxies. All possibilities exist simultaneously and Record of each manifestation is kept by God. God knows thus everything has power unlimited with all present everywhere. This is only possible where the whole Universe is Supported on him, made out of him. His Governance is made possible because he is designer, Architect and Engineer of what he has created and keeps accurate Record of all thoughts, karma and actions of all species being alive and other inanimate objects all visible to us and invisible.

Universal Laws(determine)------>Constitution of UNO Laws----->Constitution of India Laws------>Society Laws----->Family Laws----->Personal laws.

How the governance of father through .Free Will Agents. is designed, controlled and directed? Above is the chart of command flowing from Top to bottom. The most interesting question is how many universal laws govern our universe? I know infinite! Very few Laws! How many did our seers know? On that basis the generations live their Life. Few Laws understood has set the society the way we see it today. All Human beings received their energy from reading the spiritual of their religion. The books mention few Laws.

What happens when all Trillion Laws are known to you now and you start using them in your life? Life on earth will become very powerful. The total wisdom spread in entire Universe is equal to wisdom in all spiritual books of all species in all galaxies. Earth is just a small planet in whole plan. Still we are very proud of our achievements.

Thus, it becomes very clear that God has visited each planet where life set by him and he introduced spiritual books to live practical life. God has visited infinite planets, asteroids where species exist in magnificent manner. When God became Krishna, Jesus and others, simultaneously he was also present at other places. He was doing the same thing just like Single Sun seems to set against mountains to one observer, sun sets against sea to other observers, sun sets against jungle to other, sun sets against snow to others and so on. The position of observer decides that what he is going to witness. What he sees is an illusion. Thus God created Universal laws for his own recreations for proper functioning of universe and regulation of all activities. All Games have rules on the basis of which they run and rules decide Results. However, under special condition, these Laws can have exception depending upon the power of the species given by God himself and love God has for him. Love is all powerful emotion, Common in all species, which is truest to Nature of Universe.

The whole Universe is divided into trillion time-space continuum. Time-space continuum is matrix of space where time flows at particular rate and all physical laws are only true confined to that time-space Universal Laws remain Same in all time space continuum.

I am going to describe few Laws and rest of Laws you find on your own, as per need of situation in your personal life.

1) Law of Manifestation -Any image or Visualization you hold in your subconscious mind where it is strongly believed, that image is going to become your physical Reality sooner.

2) Law of Relativity -The position of observer and thoughts in mind of observer is going to decide how he is going to understand a particular object Understanding is property of mind and it requires something to compare to comprehend. Soul has already understood everything.

3) Law of Perpetual Rhythm -The complete cosmos is vibrating in Rhythm that has been provoked by God. The whole cosmos is a dance of God. The whole cosmos is dancing on tune (music) prepared by God. The rhythm of cosmos decide rhythm of Nature surrounding that planet which decides rhythm of planet, which decides rhythm of 180 Nations, which again decides the individual rhythm one must be conscious to seasons of life and act accordingly. It is very Fruitful and boosts confidence in all activities.

4) Law of Cause and Effect - Whatever you cause to other you cause it to yourself. Cause and effect are directly reflected by actions, deeds and karma.s. The more you receive. Cause wealth, Joy, happiness and wisdom to others and you will have the same in multiples. First cause others what you would love to attract in your experience. Then you will definitely receive good Fortune, Fame and all your desires. The cause of all prosperity is to cause good to others. Cause and effect both exists simultaneously in realm of infinite possibilities and you must focus on cause, because when effect surfaces, it is mind who is interpreting and soul knows what.s coming my way. Use this law in your favor to know your destiny to be bright and right. Because by application of this Law and working from your Being level, your life clearly reflects your actions and you can rely on this Law rather than Intellect, because there are limitations in 3rd dimension how much MIND can create, even though it is infinite in Nature. Always cause Food, Help, Success, Security, Honesty, Integrity and purity of Intention when working in collective consciousness whatsoever may be our personal position, know that it shall improve because of good actions. Actions alone can purity your mind and make it receptive for all that God has to offer.

5) Law of Gratitude - To be thankful even before you Receive what you Intent is very powerful Emotion, because it instills faith in that individual that he already received what he Intented. Gratitude for all associates, collective consciousness and all things in all time (School + University + Company) is necessary because it allows you to cross the psychological boundaries created by you and revisit time as it is originally. It exists NOW and all past, present and future are running simultaneously in three different directions. Now is the time to be thankful to all 5 elements of Nature from which we are made. Now is the time to be thankful to God for choosing me to complete my desires in such orderly fashion. Be thankful to God before you receive all your dreams, desires and Ambitions because that Faith in God brings all objects of desire in physical reality NOW. Faith can move Mountains. Faith can move Nations. Faith in statement made by God, without thinking (judging), is true faith, which is very rewarding. Be thankful to all that you have and have awareness that belief and faith are fueling the Emotion of gratitude because of which sub conscious mind starts believing that he has all. That belief creates your physical reality. Belief.s are very powerful. Believe in good things for you, - things that are life changing, things that are mesmerizing. Think Happy thoughts! Think Good objects of desire and Believe strongly in state of Gratitude that you have it all, all time.

6) Law of Intention -Intention is a very special thought. you have, that has the power of manifestation depending upon your purity and intensity. First intention comes in God.s mind because people are praying to him, to give them good political leader who can cause justice to all. God gives an Intention to Nature of that planet to find out appropriate person at appropriate level. An Individual Ego is chosen and suddenly he has Intention / Special set of thoughts that he can become good leader and he forms a party. So the Intention always flows from God to Ego and Ego to God. All desires we have are the desires of God First, People Next and then that Individual Ego.

All of us are working together to manifest all collective desires and Intentions because of God.s grace, so that Life can flourish, prosper, evolve, enjoy, expand and all that God has to offer. Intention has power to create, Creation of all objects starts with Intention. When God created Universe, he had only .Concept. in his Mind. God has the power to create merely through True Concept. He did not use things like us Resources, Manpower, Finance, Government Permission, Time Planning, Allocation of Power, Governance Hierarchy. He did it all alone and then he created his Special Departments of all kind.

7) Law of Joy - Joy is true nature of Universe. Be joy. Just say I am happy and happy conditions surround you. Thought comes first, then you experience happiness. Joy is an absolute state of God. Joy is to be in love with all that exists. He has everything and has to do no thing. Joy should be shared with others through celebrations to multiply it. Joy is divine state of 8th consciousness only. That is the only reason normal human species is happy today and tomorrow due to error in Visualization they attract wrong things. Unlimited Joy and Unconditional Joy is the ultimate reality of God. Human species can acquire that only when they are fortunate enough to be born as Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Saibaba and all great souls born on earth for Humanity and peace.

Unlimited Joy is the Foremost Goal of any Human species. The only way to achieve it is by being one with it. When we live and work in state of Joy all 24 hours then work becomes fun. You must work only when it is fun or joy. You must have passion and love for work. Align all your Life.s affairs with your love, passion and joy will be yours always, all ways. The condition of joy inside your heart must develop first, in order to feel it in physical Reality. Your life, remember always, works from inside out and you must take care of your conscious and subconscious mind to help you to BE JOY. I am Joy must be your Heart-Beats. I am Joy must be your Mind Vibrations. I am Joy must be your Body Rhythm. I am Joy must be your Surrounding Environment, I am Joy must be your Association Synergy, I am Joy must be all your Actions, Deeds all time.

8) Law of Abundance -Abundance is true nature of God and God has everything. Abundance is a state of prosperity when you are obeying all Laws of God from top to bottom. Abundance is having Resources, Land, Water, Climatic conditions on Earth conducive to feed each one, shelter and cloth each one. Abundance is a feeling and thought in Mind which makes us see Life is Good. Most Economist on Earth describe Earth in a fashion which creates a feeling of unknown in the Heart of all living Human Beings. Even the Noble Laureate Economist describe this in terms of Resource Availability. know that, when each Human species learns to organize atleast his own food, cloth and shelter and leaves the rest to Government, then possibly / certainly Abundance will be experienced in larger quantity.

Abundance is the core most vibration of God. Feel the infinite universe with infinite planets and galaxies. Feel it all. Feel the 75% water on Earth and enough wood, minerals to feed Humanity. Feel the computer world a virtual reality governing Finance, Businesses, meetings and all aspects of life. Such many simultaneous world.s can be created by grace of God to experience abundance in 3rd world also. The most Asian and African Nations require such Education from childhood about what Life is all about. American and European Nations understood God far earlier and they have highest degree of Spiritual growth which is reflected in their achievement in all departments. They have received grace of God. Only God can help.

9) Law of Consciousness: Consciousness is mirror in which Human Being see themselves as well as whole world. Consciousness is a feeling of being one with the object under observation. To be conscious to something means to be aware of the details of the object through all 5 external senses and 5 inner senses. The object under observation is stored in form of image and sound vibration in subconscious mind. Human beings live in realm of consciousness because of which experience is possible. Highly enlightened 6th state consciouness Human being can be simultaneously conscious to more than 3 worlds and act in moment of NOW to get better Results and Life out of it. Consciousness is sponsored by soul. Soul is creator of consciousness. Living on planet Earth, different consciousness recommended by common sense are Wealth consciousness, Health consciousness, Wisdom consciousness, God consciousness, Government consciousness, Security consciousness, Mind consciousness, Surrounding Environment consciousness, Truth consciousness, Relationship consciousness, Cause and Effect consciousness, Materialistic and Spiritual consciousness. India can be divided on basis of M/S (Materialistic + Spiritual) consciousness as Karad, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Madras and Calcutta. The list is in ascending order. You pick a person from Calcutta and check it out. All cities in all Nations are formed because of certain type of consciousness, similar to each other in Group of like Soul Human Beings. The practical application of consciousness can be, to be deliberately conscious to your process of visualization / universal laws and effect, surrounding environment is having on you. 10) Law of soul/spirit -Soul is made out of God. Soul is observing tool. Soul at higher state of consciousness can be felt in yourself, that it is always observing your body, mind, dreams and other simultaneous world. In our time-space continuum, soul is ultimate observer just like President of USA is ultimate observer, who observes Vice President, Vice President observes Cabinet proceedings, Cabinet observes Ministers, Ministers observe State Government, Chief Ministers, Chief Minister observes MLA, MLC.s of county (District / County). The process of observation by Government is same as Huge Corporation. The power of soul is equal to power of God. Our complete time-space continuum along with its physical laws is made from soul / spirit. Soul is observing each one of us in-hierarchy as well as individually. The process of observation of what.s going on in my Governance is very necessary because the whole universe constantly changes and evolves in different forms and shape. God has kept record of all types of species to give them fruits of their thoughts, actions and deeds. The observer of all observation is God through soul in our T.S. continuum. In some time-space continuum soul matrix is absent and Governance is done in different way. Those species rely on brain for Life.s quality and use it extensively for progress, growth. God has different plans / policy for different parts of universe.

11) Law of wealth / success - Every Human species is after these two things. Once he comprehends what life has to offer them. Wealth is created in workshop of mind. Wealth is inner state of consciousness of having it all. Wealth is manifested when archetypes of your nature start expressing through you. Wealth is a gift to a successful species who offers all his actions, deeds and karma to his lord. Very important principle of success is to offer all you have to Lord without a though of what is going to happen. Next wealth is attracted in form of House, Land, Bank balance, Relationships to those who are wealth in all levels of visualization. Process to acquire success is to feel success. Feel all your dreams, desires and ambitions of all kind in all. Nature in all your cells, molecules and sub-atomic particles. Feel all the infinite details how wealth has been acquired by very rich and successful human species. Study and feel the success and wealth pattern. However, always remember that only and only Archetypes can make you rich and successful beyond reason. God has given them to us for some purpose and we must call them, otherwise Life lived on basis of Intelligence will always be mundane in this time-space continuum. Wealth and success comes to those who express the power and qualities of sub-personalities through all thoughts, actions and deeds. Focus on developing that aspect/dimension of where your plan, policy and all experiences of all life's expresses through human species. Expression if possible only in thought free consciousness. Wealth and success are ultimate acme attributes of all of us. Wealth in your Heart, Be success in your Heart all time always, all ways. The fastest / easiest way of creation is Being wealth and Being success. Say I am Wealth,I am Success..

There are trillion Universal Laws and I know only a few to describe here because it shall take billion pages to document and I have other points to cover.

Suppose a Human species on plant Earth knows Trillion Laws. He can become President of UNO. He can become Head of solar system. He can become Head of Milky way Galaxy. God decides your purpose, wisdom and post in whole plan. Always remember that. It is only by His grace that you can feel LIFE to the degree it has been designed by God.

In the Book of constitution of universe, the individual constitution of all galaxies, all solar systems, all planets, all Nations is being written and passed on to appropriate Head of Department for implementation and observation. God created one single book to create universe and now I know who I am. I am a small actor in cosmic drama and the drama shall continue time immemorial and upto eternity. I know my script and dialogues and I am enjoying my work. I am thankful to God for all that he has given to me and thanks for my ROLE. I understood the constitution of universe to take part in drama consciously and let him treat me as He like. I am offering my free-will at His feet to guide me to live LIFE. I am loving my LIFE because I am Love. Now constitution of Galactic order is subset of God.s documentation. Next, constitution of solar system is subset of constitution of God. Constitution of single planet on Earth is written by UNO to maintain peace, prosperity, law and order. UNO decides the future of how all Nations are going to progress and grow. The classified document of constitution to comprehend would be an Olympic job by any highly educated species because to write the constitution and be chosen by God for that post itself is a big achievement. What God put.s in their Mind, they are going to write. Before world war II, planetary evolution was wobbling, so ultimately by grace of God under leadership of USA, to have peace and prosperity of all kind UNO came into action. Before UNO, regulation on Earth was directly done by sub-personalities / species of supernormal power from distance, like a asteroid, moon or any space station. The fact that Earth.s future as well as past and present are decided by God by his Egoist all powerful species, who believe in ruling all known species. Both World Wars were provoked by them through Frenchmen (Napoleon and Hitler) as a group consciousness having War against another group of consciousness. Both time ARYANS were being kept away from ruling earth and group of Jews and Christian supporting consciousness WON the war. There are different group of species controlling Earth to rule through human species because of God.s design. God is having his Joy, Delight and Humor always, all ways. He created the game. Similarly the constitution of each country decides the future of all the people living in them and peoples destiny is decided by Bye-laws, Laws of all kind and aspect of Humanity. How people are supposed to have SEX is decided by constitution and they have observation squads to know the current situation. Government of all Nations directly influences all people. The daily proceedings of Business, Law and peoples. The daily proceedings of business, law and order are overlooked by courts through bureaucracy. The thing you must understand is that, God, through power of delegation has introduced his Rules and Regulations for proper results. To have a constitution, democratic in Nature is itself a freedom loving entity.

However, since God has given free will to all of us, we misuse it by inducing dictatorship as seen in many Arabic Nations. There are different groups controlling different parts of Earth, that is why you have so many religions and different ways of thinking. Now speaking about society, family and personal laws, each individual is affected by different group consciousness. Different people from different profession come together to form Rotary Club, Lion.s Club, All India Medical Association, All India Distributor.s Association, All India Factory Owner Association. People belonging to same profession think that they are having same mind / soul vibration and they act, sit, meet and live life all together with a sense of oneness.

Speaking spiritually, no one is like other, each one of us have unique soul with unique purposes. Each individual feels like a CA understands another CA. However a married couple living with each other for 50 years, knows nothing seriously about each others past, present lives, situation in detail. This is the case with all associations that are formed for mutual interest. They act and misunderstand each other like they have understood everything about each other. You can Ask anything about any life situation the 2 people have faced and reacted. Both think they are reading the same PAGE, however the script was totally different in terms of comprehension. All human relationships are running on illusion path, where people must enquire about each others feelings and thought face to face and in writing. Good Human Relationship is only possible when spiritual and scientific dialogue between 2 or more people are carried with calm, peaceful and serene mind. Emotional turbulence is the biggest factor affecting human expression, the flood of thoughts coming all together when soul is ready to rise. Feeling the soul the observer is way out from all this drama of Human Relationship based on mutual interest. Flow of energy must be directed towards self-expression and self-evaluation. God is truest observer of all actions know he is observing.
